  1. You may return your unused product to us within 7 days for a full refund excluding shipping and credit card charges.
  2. We must issue a return authorization number BEFORE you send the product back to us. This is as much for our protection as it is for yours. Please be sure to contact customer service via email or telephone to notify them that you will be making a return.
  3. To quality for a full refund, your product must be received in the original condition and with all the original packaging. If you have discarded the boxes and repack the set, or the set was assembled and then re-packed, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of £20 in the minimum and 25% of the selling price as a maximum.
  4. We do not offer the money back guarantee on merchandise that has been set-up/assembled or without the original boxes.
  5. Customer is responsible for insuring the package against damage in return transit. If the customer does not purchase insurance and there is damage in transit, customer will be responsible for the full value of the set.
  6. In all cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Our lower than cost flat rate shipping charge is non-refundable. The actual cost of the shipment ranges from £10-£150
