1. National Deliveries

Currently we do not deliver nationwide. Please email us at enquiries@kirrinfurniture.co.uk for further questions. This service will be available very soon.

We do not deliver any orders outside of mainland UK.

2. Delivery Charges

All orders over £300 are delivered free of charge. For orders under £300 there is a £25 charge. However,

  • Aborted or failed deliveries will be charged a minimum of £25. Please see section 7 of our terms and conditions.
  • kirrinfurniture.co.uk reserves the right to amend the delivery charges at any time.

3. Delivery Timescale

Anticipated manufacturers delivery times are visible on each and every product page on the website. These times can be used as an indicator for how long it will take Kirrin Furniture to receive the product(s), if we do not have such items in stock, and deliver it/them to your door.

Upon receipt of your order, Kirrin Furniture will send you an order confirmation, via e-mail, (or post if e-mail is unavailable).

Where items ordered are stock items, Kirrin Furniture will endeavour to deliver the item to you within 7 - 21 days.

If we need to order direct from the manufacturer as we do not have the item in stock, the average lead time is 2 - 8 weeks, depending upon the nature of the item ordered and the manufacturer.

We will keep customers informed if there is any delay on the anticipated delivery time of goods that has previously been included within the product page on the website.

4. Tracking Your Delivery

It may be possible to track your order. Please e-mail enquiries@kirrinfurniture.co.uk giving details of your order number and Kirrin Furniture will be able to inform you of the status of your order.

Please note that Kirrin Furniture will only contact you with regards to delivery if;

  • The product(s) has arrived into our warehouse / logistics company and is ready for delivery.
  • The product delivery time is delayed longer than that originally stated.

5. Confirming the Delivery Date

Once your item(s) is ready for despatch either we will contact you or our contracted delivery service will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date.

6. Delivery Days

Available days for delivery are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8.00am - 5.30pm. Some items may be available for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. This surcharge will reflect the exact cost of the delivery. Please email enquiries@kirrinfurniture.co.uk with details of your selected item(s) and a representative of Kirrin Furniture will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be dispatched for a Saturday delivery.

7. Delivery Lead Times

The delivery lead times shown on every product are estimated delivery lead times given to us by our manufacturers. Please note these times are only a guide and may very slightly depending on the time of the year and where in the world they are manufactured.
